Donate a Chair
We are asking for you to contribute your creativity to painting/decorating a chair. There are no parameters! The sky's the limit! It doesn’t have to be a functional chair, but it certainly can be!

Chairs need to be finished and delivered to White Rabbit Galleries by Sunday, September 21st, 2025 at 5pm.

Everyone is welcome to create a chair! Professionals, amateurs, adults, children, clubs, and organizations.
We are excited that you would consider supporting our evolving art center with your creative work. If you're all in with us, please fill out the brief form so we can keep in touch with you as The Chair-ity Auction gets closer, and we know you are planning to contribute.
Where do I start?
You’re welcome to provide your own chair or interpretation of a chair, or you can select a chair from our collection during open hours, Thursday and Friday, 4 - 7 p.m. or Saturday, 11 am - 7 pm. Just ask at the front desk!
We are also hosting some Chair Painting Workshops at White Rabbit Galleries on June 14, July 12, and August 9 from 4 - 6:30 p.m. You can sign up for these events when you fill out the ARTIST SIGN-UP form. We will provide space, some chairs, and some decorating supplies for you to use.

There's a reception for artists!
In celebration of your support and chair creation we are offering an appreciation reception as a token of our gratitude. You can drop off your completed chair at the reception on Sunday, September 21, from 3 - 5 p.m. You will have the opportunity to meet other artists and some of our event sponsors. You can also drop off your completed chair during open hours in the two weeks prior.
Chair-ity will be on public display from September 26th - October 18. The Chair-ity Auction will take place on October 18th.
