Interested in volunteering?
WRG has a wide range of volunteering options. Help us greet our guests at the door by welcoming them with information about our current shows, helping with sales, recording visitor attendance, directing visitors to events and classes, and answering FAQs.
Volunteers must be 16 years of age or older. Volunteers under the age of 18 must have prior consent and permission from a parent or legal guardian. WRG will sign paperwork for Senior Volunteer Hours that may be required for high school graduation.

Have excess art supplies or equipment?
WRG offers many classes. In order to keep class costs low for students and teachers, consider donating art supplies to help with expenses relating to supply cost. Supplies can be new or lightly used.
Examples of supplies:

Paint and Brushes (acrylic, tempura, watercolor, latex, gouche, oil, etc.) Open containers are accepted. Please considered donating if at least 50% full.

Drawing Supplies (Pencils, Pens, Pastels, Colored Pencils, Erasers, Markers, Crayons, Sharpeners, Charcoal, etc.)

Canvases (new or used), Drawing Paper, Newsprint, Craft Paper, Tissue Paper, Card Stock, Sketch Books, etc.

Ceramic Supplies (Clay, Clay Tools, Glaze)

Picture Framing Supplies (Frame Stock, Picture Glass, Mat Board, Picture Frame Wire)

Print Making Supplies (Inks, Wood Blocks, Stamps and Stamp Pads, Linoleum Tiles, etc.)

Crafting Materials (yarn and thread, fabric scraps, felt, pipe cleaners, washi tape, resin, knitting needles, Scissors, etc.)

Pottery wheels and kilns (We ask that they be functional.)

Printing Presses (Block Press, Etching Press, Heat Press)

Framing Equipment (Glass Cutters, Paper Guillotines, Clamps, Mat Cutters)

Basic Maintenance Tools (Cordless Drills, Hammers, Screwdrivers, etc.)

Cleaning Supplies (Mops, Brooms, Cleaning Rags, Paper Towels, etc.) Only unopened cleaning chemicals can be accepted and must be in original bottle.

Photography Equipment (Cameras, Light Boxes, Lighting, Backgrounds, etc.)
