Creative Connections: Fiber Arts - Macramé

Three Week Introductory Course on Fiber Arts & Macramé - $95

Join us for an exciting 3-day macrame course where participants of all skill levels are welcome! Throughout the course, you will learn various knot techniques and create beautiful handmade items such as wall hangings and plant hangers with help from instructor, Laura Smith.

Class for ages 14 & up.

Materials Provided

• Various colored cords for knotting.

• Basic beads, hangers.

What to Bring

• Apron or old clothes. Please dress for art class.

• Sketchbook for ideas and notes (optional)

• Special beads or embellishments you may want to incorporate into your work (optional)

Course cannot be split into individual classes and missed classes will not be refunded. Participants must purchase the course and must cancel before the first day of class to receive a course refund. (Class registration required by May 2 @ 6pm.)

White Rabbit’s Creative Connections Scholarship Fund offers full class scholarship opportunities for students 14 to 17 years old and seniors 65 and older with an interest in art and a financial need. This scholarship is intended to provide students with access to classes that will empower them creatively and nurture their artistic skills. We are fortunate that this fund is provided by a grant from ArtsForward by ArtsNow.
