Art Raffle Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

1. Open to individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. By purchasing a ticket, you attest that you are of eligible age.

Entry

1. Entries can be submitted through 

   1. whiterabbitgalleries.org (via Wix) 

   2. In person at White Rabbit Galleries during our open hours

2. One entry is $5.00

3. Five entries may be purchased at a discounted price of $20.00 (20% discount)

4. The proceeds of the entries goes towards funding White Rabbit Galleries.

Prize

1. The sole prize is a painting. The Rabbit Muse is a 55 inch by 72 inch acrylic painting on stretched canvas created in collaboration by artists Nick Brown, George Erwin, & Ron White.

2. The prize is non-transferable.

Drawing

1. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

2. The drawing will occur on January 1, 2024 (New Year’s Day).

Winner Notification

1. The winner will be notified on the date of the drawing via email and phone number (if phone number is provided)

2. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

3. The prize is to be picked up from White Rabbit Galleries within 30 days of winner notification. 

   1. Shipping and handling is not covered by White Rabbit Galleries should the winner choose to have the prize delivered. The delivery would be at the winners expense. 

Publicity

1. By entering, participants agree to the use of their full name in a prize winner announcement.

General Conditions

1. The organizer reserves the right to suspend or modify the contest if any fraud impairs the integrity of the drawing.

Limitation of Liability

1. The organizer is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

2. Participants release the organizer from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participating in the raffle.

Law

1. This raffle is governed by the laws of the state of Ohio.

Organizer

1. The raffle is conducted by White Rabbit Galleries, a 501(c)3 located at 571 W. Tuscarawas Ave. Barberton, OH 44203.
